A wonderful bike tour with Kazuma visiting many of the wonderful sites of Tokyo. Kazuma ensured our safety, and offered recommendations for the remainder of our time while in Tokyo. It is a great way to see Tokyo!

Kazuma’s E-bike tour is the best way to be introduced to the city of Tokyo. Kazuma provides great insight in Japanese culture and his tour showed us everything we were interested in seeing in Tokyo. My son and I highly recommend Kazuma’s E bike Tour

This bike tour was one of the big highlights of our Tokyo trip for our entire family. Kazuma was our guide and he was AMAZING! He was friendly and funny and so knowledgeable about the streets/traffic patterns, the sights and the history of it all. The day after I booked the tour, Kazuma messaged me to opened up our lines of communication. The day of the tour he went over what we had already seen in Tokyo and he adjusted the route in order to make sure we were seeing the things we truly wanted to see. Safety was his first priority, which I really appreciated as a Mom. And the kids (age 17 & 18) thought the trip was so fun. The convenience of him starting and ending the tour from our hotel was priceless. He even extended the tour because we went on one of the hottest days and I kept stopping for rest and water. He was extremely accommodating. And he took so many wonderful family photos for us throughout. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

This was an excellent bike trip. Kazuma kept in touch from the moment I booked, right through to letting us know he was in the hotels lobby, head of schedule. This allowed him time to go through the safety checks before starting our tour, which gave us the full three hours. The bikes were in excellent condition and easy to ride. Kazuma speaks excellent English, is extremely polite and very courteous. He took us to some nice places and we saw lots of Tokyo city that we would not ordinarily have known about. I highly recommend you book this tour as you will not be disappointed.

We had the most amazing time today it was most fun and educational bike tour and on top of that he was the best tour guide ever. He was so kind patient and knowledgeable. So much fun, kind, and sweet and the best person overall. We couldn’t ask for a better person to show us around Tokyo.

Kazumar was an amazing host! We had such a fun filled day exploring Tokyo. He met us at our hotel, and went out over the itinerary. We asked him if we can be dropped off at another place instead of coming back to the hotel and he was able to accommodate! We highlighted some things we wanted to see along with his recommendations and. It turned out amazing! He is very knowledgeable, his English is very good, and most importantly he is such a nice person. I would do the tour again with him when I bring back other family and friends.

This trip was the highlight of our time in Tokyo. My daughter and I were able to see so much in just a few hours. Of note, Tokyo Bike Bliss was the only tour company that picked us up at our hotel. We started and ended our trip at our hotel…very convenient! Kazuma San (“K” ) is amazing! He tailored made the tour per our hotel location and our site preferences. “K” was engaging, fun and educational. We learned a lot about historical and modern day Japan. He knew the best spots for pics and even local family owned shops/bakeries off the beaten path. I could not have asked for a better guide! He was so kind to my daughter and even offered to carry her backpack since it was hot day. Kazuma San is amazing! He tailored made our tour per our hotel location and our site preferences. I highly recommend if you’re interested in seeing unique parts of Tokyo that can only be experienced while biking. Ganbatte!

Our guide Kazuma picked us up at our hotel, ready to go on our bikes. I really appreciate how he made this day so special and showed us all the places in Tokyo which were off the tracks and we wouldn‘t have found on our own. The coolest thing was going by bike, so easy and you see much more… Kazuma kept us informell before, during and after the trip will awesome recommendations for the next days. This is a must do if you visit Tokyo!

We had a fabulous experience with Kazuma. He speaks terrific English and is super knowledgeable and friendly. The electric bikes are a great way to see the city. Very easy to ride. We appreciate how Kazuma emphasized safety. Tokyo is a lovely city, and it’s even more fun to see the city in a relaxed way on an electric bike. We HIGHLY recommend the experience.

Our family enjoyed the hotel door-to-door service we received. Starting from our hotel in Shibuya, we e-biked approximately 13 miles, stopped at places such as the Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace, and even a small, local neighborhood bakery, without breaking a sweat! Kazuma-san was awesome…so thoughtful and caring. We’d highly recommend him!

My gripe – my face hurt from smiling so much! Kazuma (“K”) provided excellent attention to the planning, ride and follow up. I felt safe, had fun and learned a great deal about both Tokyo and Japan. The adventure began when K picked me up in the hotel lobby, with the e-bikes, which he coordinated with the hotel. Once outside, he fit the bike to me, provided a quick safety discussion, offered me choices of experiences which included comfort and skill level, and we were off in no time. Tokyo is crowded and busy yet, K navigated smoothly, gave great signals, and in no time I was relaxed, and thoroughly enjoying myself. At each stop, K offered a description and bit of history of the location. K taught English for many years so I was able to easily understand him. At the end of the ride, he shared pictures he had taken of our trip. I so appreciated this as it allowed me to simply enjoy the sights and be immersed in the experiences. K was open to all my questions and coached me on cultural nuances I was curious about. If you enjoy an immersive way to gain a sense of Tokyo and exercise at the same time…this is a no brainer!

Kazuma was super flexible, planning an itinerary for us with less than 24 hours notice, planning a route that would get us to the ideal ending location on the way to our next tour, as well as handing impromptu requests to get some snacks when we were hungry (he took us a great Japanese sweets spot). He was super knowledgeable, proving lots of details at each trip and able to answer all my many questions! And best of all, he was very kind and concerned about our safety.

Kazuma was the best guide! We were only in Tokyo two days so this was the perfect way to see a lot and we learned so much! Kazuma was very accommodating and knowledgeable and we were off of busy streets for most of the tour which was nice. Highly recommend!

Ki is a wonderful tour guide! He’s so kind and knowledgeable. The tour itself was terrific. I highly recommend this tour and would it again. My husband and two kids (19 and 23 year of boys) also had a great time!

Kazuma was my tour guide and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. His knowledge of Shinjuku was amazing. Lots of small streets to take to avoid cars and busy areas with lots of pedestrians. Tons of information, really glad I took the tour the first day so I could explore the places he showed me later, would do it again

A very different way to see Tokyo, be a local and ride across the city. We went off the beaten tourist route and experienced the real Tokyo. Very easy to get around and exercise while you do it. The bikes are extremely easy to use and being battery powered made light work of any hills. Kazuma was a knowledgeable and friendly local guide who welcomed us to his city and could not do enough for us. Highly recommend Kazuma and the tour to anyone visiting Tokyo. Would have given more stars but cannot do more than 5.

Bike Bliss provided us with a fantastic first day in Tokyo. Kazuma’s 3-hour e-bike tour was enjoyable and educational. He was congenial, helpful, and gave us an expert introduction on our first visit to Tokyo, providing us with historical and cultural insights as only a local could. As non-Japanese speaking visitors, we greatly appreciated Kazuma’s English-speaking skills. His sense of humor, attention to detail, and emphasis on our safety were impeccable. Highly recommended!

It was our first day in Tokyo so we wanted to explore the area around our hotel and get to know the city. Our guide was very kind and allowed us to choose what we wanted to see. The bikes were very good and they had plenty of battery and were very easy to use. It was as nice an experience as I could have imagined. The guide ( kazuma I believe it was ) was great company and carefully explained Japan traffic rules. He was knowledgeable about different areas and where we could go for great food and shopping as well as beautiful sights and the history of the area. 10/10 would ( and will ) recommend to other friends and family.

Excellent tour, our guide met us at our hotel and escorted us back to the bike store, where we had a safety briefing and bike adjustment. We had a very informative and interesting tour, around the side roads, some main roads and some hidden gem viewpoints! Lots of stops and information, our guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and made our trip very special. We had limited time, due to our cruise ship boarding time being brought forward, but we were so glad we managed to squeeze it in, definitely worth it, we have no hesitation in recommending this tour.

We had a wonderful time! We saw a number of places you probably wouldn’t be able to walk to, and our guide had a great personality and taught us a lot about the city other guides hadn’t mentioned. You don’t need to be a professional biker for this tour.

A MUST DO while in Tokyo!! Great value and so informative. “K” is a master of safety, information and fun. With great energy and a silly sense of humor he will lead you through the streets of Tokyo while taking time to stop to point out sites, tell stories and take pictures. We covered so much territory in a short time and loved hearing his opinions and answers to our many questions. He is the best, we enjoyed every moment of this tour and strongly recommend you book with him.

Kazuma is very knowledgeable and speaks English well, which was a huge plus since we don’t speak any Japanese. Had great suggestions for local businesses as well. Took us to great spots for pictures and great views of the city that weren’t crowded. Also, the bikes are very nice. We went the whole 3 hours and never felt tired even when the terrain was hilly.

My experience with Tokyo Bike Bliss, led by the fantastic guide Kazuma-san, was nothing short of spectacular. What a great ride we had with Kazuma. First, he was so diligent in contacting us prior to our tour to maximize what we could see during our time. Next, he met us at our hotel with the bicycles – what a convenience that cannot be understated. Third, the bicycles were terrific – well maintained, easy and comfortable to ride. Kazuma took us both through the busiest streets of Shibuya and Shinjuku, as well as the residential neighborhoods that we would have never seen. We felt very safe and well taken care of. Finally, Kazuma followed up with us and sent us links to places we mentioned we wanted to see, suggestions for places to eat, and even some of the Japanese words he taught us. And he sent a link to really great pictures he took of us on the ride. His thoroughness and attention to detail are unmatched. Don’t miss this e-bike tour, a great great way to see the city and meet a new friend. 1000 percent recommend!

Our three hour e-bike tour around Tokyo with K and Tokyo Bike Bliss was a highlight of our time in Tokyo. K was an effective communicator (his English is perfect!) and promptly met us at our hotel lobby the morning of our tour. He crafted a unique route to showcase things we hadn’t seen in Tokyo yet and took us around safely. The e-bikes were easy to use. For three hours, we explored Tokyo- K took lots of photos for us! We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

K with Tokyo Bike Bliss was an amazing tour guide and just for our three hour E-bike tour. He communicated effectively before our trip and was waiting in our hotel morning on the day of our tour. He asked what else we had planned in Tokyo so he could customize our tour. His English was perfect and he was so knowledgeable about the area. We always felt safe on the bike and we loved being able to see so much of Tokyo on a Boeing day. 10/10. Would highly recommend and would book again.

Great time!! We booked this tour last minute, and Kazuma was great about helping us find a route that took us places we hadn’t seen before given it was one of the last days of a two week trip to Japan. The bikes are light and comfy and easy to ride even up steep hills. Kazuma is lovely, taking great pics, literally bending over backwards to get the shot. He was knowledgeable and took us to interesting places – gorgeous cherry blossoms at Aoyama, Shibuya Scramble (walking the bikes), the Olympic Stadium, the imperial Palace Gardens, and a host of other areas. It was a highlight of the trip for me.

Great tour. Kaz was a superb guide, asked what we wanted to see, and away we went. The bikes were great to ride – the motor (while making the bike a bit heavier) made pedaling a breeze. We stopped at a few spots to take photo’s, Kaz told us lots about the city & where we were. He was so accommodating – met us at our hotel, got us set up on the bikes, took many of the quieter streets, found great places and even showed us where to get some interesting sweet treats! Very flexible on returning to the hotel – Kaz took care of everything and all we had to do was enjoy! Thoroughly recommended.

I thought I knew enough about Tokyo, but I realized there are still things I don’t know. It’s a wonderful mini-velo tour where you can have unknown experiences. Not only was my intellectual curiosity satisfied, but I also enjoyed snacks along the way, took photos with the magnificent view of the Skytree in the background, and had a fulfilling three hours.

Excellent bike tour! Very well planned with a great route and interesting sights. The tour guide knew a lot of interesting local history and even brought historical photos to help us understand the changes in Tokyo over the years. Absolutely recommend highly. The bikes are new and in very good condition.

Fantastic e-bike tour, K is very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the Tokyo history and the Japanese culture in general, very interesting. The e-bikes were very good quality, K is a great ride leader, he is very safe and super friendly ! We rode small streets following the underwater rivers, very little tourists know about that !!! I highly recommend this experience !

It was a great decision to take this bike tour. For 3 hours we visited and heard much more than for the whole week before it in Tokio. So we took the second tour to the other part of the city for the next day. Electronic bikes are very easy to ride. Highly recommend you to try this activity with Mr. Kazuma. He is professional and easygoing person.

The bike tour was amazing! We get so many photos. The guide exceeded our expectations so we decided to take another tour in a couple of days. We saw so many places and hidden gems we wouldn’t have possibility to see by ourselves. Also we had a chance to ask our questions about history and culture. Very happy to get this experience! The bike ride with Kazuma was fantastic in one word! We chose Kazuma because we could start the tour in our own hotel, the trip was exclusive to us, the route could be completely customized to our wishes and because you cycle with e-bikes. Kazuma has exceeded all expectations. He is a great tour guide/host, is super friendly and takes good care of his guests. We cycled through different parts of Tokyo and along the way we made regular stops in which Kazuma tells a lot and takes pictures of everything. The e-bikes make the tour super doable, despite the enormous heat. In the days after the tour Kazuma gave us many other tips for Things to do we visited. No visit to Tokyo is complete without a bike ride with Kazuma!

Very pleasant experience from the start. Kazuma was very helpful in helping us create the itinerary and very concerned with how we could make the cycling trip enjoyable for our children (10 and 13 years old). During the trip he gave very nice instructions at the various stops. He is also very friendly to everyone and cares about us. He communicates pleasantly and in excellent English. I would definitely recommend him!

I don’t usually cycle through the city center, so I was a little worried, but with an electric bicycle, a friendly guide, and good weather, it was the best cycling experience ☺︎ The guide’s pace, suggestions of places to see, and gentle narration made me feel at ease when cycling. I was able to experience the ever-changing scenery of the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Akihabara, and Asakusa from a unique perspective on a bicycle, and I also became interested in the history of the city. Thank you for a fun cycle.

We were shown around Shinjuku and Shibuya on electric-assist bicycles for three hours. First of all, I was happy that the tour started and ended at the hotel where we were staying. And it was clear that the route we were shown had been thoroughly researched, and it was a very fulfilling tour. Next time, I’d like to try a different route.
