You can’t reserve a spot without deciding when you want to ride. Tours typically run for 3 hours, starting at 8:30 AM or 2:00 PM, depending on availability. If you have a preferred start time, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Tours are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred slot is already taken, we may not be able to accommodate you, so it’s best to book now!

Knowing your hotel in advance helps us deliver the e-bikes directly to your entrance—a unique service in Tokyo. You can finalize your hotel after booking, but having it ready makes the process smoother.

Your tour route will depend on your starting location (hotel) and preferences. You can leave it to us and decide it on the spot, or request specific stops. We aim to make your experience truly personalized.

After your booking request, your guide will contact you within 48 hours via WhatsApp, Apple iMessage, or/and email. This ensures you can ask questions or make last-minute requests easily.

Pay to Confirm

Once your tour details—including date, time, and meeting place—are confirmed and you’ve agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you can secure your spot with a simple online payment via Square or PayPal (credit card).

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received, so prompt payment is greatly appreciated.

Receive a Reminder

We’ll send a friendly reminder the day before your tour to confirm details, including your exact meeting point.
